Babe Statue Donation

The Destination Downtown Coalition wants to bring Babe the Blue Ox to downtown Brainerd but needs your financial help to raise the $2400 needed. Nor-Son Construction has donated a Babe the Blue Ox statue that they’ve had at their Baxter office since 2008. Babe is in need of repairs and a new look. We want this to be a community project that adds to downtown Brainerd’s uniqueness. The Crossing Arts Alliance has agreed to head the artistic side with a call out to local artists. They will be putting together a panel to determine placement, find great artists, and judge who will be doing the honors of creating downtown’s latest attraction!
